What a delightful find! I stumbled upon this bistro while visiting the area, and boy, am I glad I did. I ordered the pulled pork sandwich, which was packed with flavor and paired perfectly with their tangy coleslaw. The service was top-notch; the staff was friendly and attentive without being overbearing. I did notice that the wait time was a bit longer than expected, but the food was worth every minute. This place is a barbecue lover’s dream! The selection of meats is incredible, and I was especially impressed with the brisket—it had that perfect smoke ring and was served with a delicious house-made sauce. I recently dined at this fantastic spot and can't stop raving about it! The ribs were melt-in-your-mouth tender, coated in a smoky, flavorful sauce that had just the right amount of kick. The ambiance is warm and inviting, perfect for a casual evening with friends. I also loved the cornbread—so delicious! The only thing I’d suggest is offering more sides, as I would’ve loved to try a few more. Overall, a great experience, and I can’t wait to come back to try the brisket next time!
